SE2011 digital lock-in amplifier is the latest core technology product with excellent high performance and broadband measurement capabilities. Based on digital modulation technology, the instrument is equipped with a 24-bit high-precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 16-bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter (DAC). With the newly launched stream architecture, it can accurately, quickly and flexibly detect effective signal components hidden in strong noise.

SE2011 can not only measure the amplitude and phase information of the input signal at the same time, but also reach the international leading level in key performance indicators such as measurement accuracy, operating frequency range, signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic reserve.   • Host Software

    The SE2011 also provides users with professional host-side software. Each demodulator, input channel, and output channel of the lock-in amplifier can be configured via schematic block diagrams or control panels, offering a blend of professional utility and intuitive simplicity. The software features clear numerical readouts and real-time waveform displays, measurement results can be exported and saved as CSV files for subsequent analysis using specialized software, making the testing process effortless. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive support for Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) across multiple programming languages, including Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.

  • Oscilloscope Functions

    The oscilloscope function features two signal channels, supporting selectable inputs—including signal input, reference input, signal output, and auxiliary I/O—and offers a variety of triggering modes to provide users with real-time visualization of time-domain signals. Each channel boasts a maximum sampling depth of 65,536 points, with an adjustable sampling duration ranging from 65 μs to 1 s.

  • PID Controller

    The SE2011 features a built-in, independent dual-channel digital PID controller with a sampling rate of up to 4 MSPS. Tightly integrated with the lock-in amplifier, the PID controller utilizes the demodulator’s measured values ​​to control output signal parameters—such as amplitude, phase, and frequency—thereby enabling the precise regulation of various controlled variables.

  • Parameter Scanner

    The parameter scanner provides users with convenient, rapid scanning capabilities, enabling the real-time plotting of curves such as frequency and amplitude responses, and offers both single-sweep and continuous-loop scanning modes.

  • FFT Spectrum Analyzer

    The FFT spectrum analyzer analyzes the frequency-domain information of a signal based on waveforms captured by an oscilloscope. Depending on the sampling rate and sampling depth, the frequency resolution of the spectrum analyzer ranges from approximately 1 Hz to 31 kHz.
