STB8851 Series Precision Impedance Analyzer

STB8851 series precision impedance analyzer is a new generation impedance test instrument by adopting the current international advanced automatic balance bridge principle. It is based on Windows 10 operating system, which realizes a fully computerized operation interface, making the measurement more intelligent and easier.

STB8851 series impedance analyzer surpasses the 120MHz frequency bottleneck of similar foreign instruments and solves the defect that it can only be analyzed but cannot be tested independently. At the same time, it adopts two interfaces of single test and analysis to make the test easier.

The fast test speed of 2.5ms and the impedance test range of up to 100MΩ can meet the measurement requirements of components and materials, especially for the measurement of low loss (D) capacitors and high-quality factor (Q) inductors. The port configuration of the four-terminal pair can effectively eliminate the influence of electromagnetic coupling of the test line. Extends the lower limit of low-impedance testing capabilities tenfold over conventional five-terminal configurations.
