S43230 Series High Precision Universal Counter

The S43230 series universal counter is a high-precision frequency and time measurement instrument newly developed by our company, and can simultaneously perform frequency measurement, period measurement, duty cycle measurement, pulse width measurement and counting in dual channels. They are based on high-performance single-chip microcomputers for function control, measurement timing control, data processing and result display. The reciprocal counting technology and fitting algorithm technology are used to achieve high-precision measurement in the full range.
In addition to the measurement functions of frequency, period, time interval, pulse width, duty cycle, phase, counting, etc., there are also measurement and calculation functions such as multiple averages, maximum values, minimum values, standard deviations, Allan variances and calibration functions, as well as graphic display functions such as rulers, histograms and trend charts.
The instrument has an external trigger and external gate function. When counting, the external gate can set the gate start and end edges to be the same or opposite. The machine has stable performance, complete functions, wide measurement range, high sensitivity, large dynamic range, high precision, small size, convenient and reliable use. It has a wide range of uses in industrial production, scientific research and measurement, and is an ideal replacement product for traditional electronic counters.

Using TDC method, the frequency measurement resolution can reach 11 bits per second, and the time measurement resolution is 50ps.

Can simultaneously measure the frequency, period, duty cycle, pulse width or count the signals of two channels.

Can measure one signal without interval.

Using high-performance single-chip microcomputer, large-scale integrated circuit and FPGA devices, and the instrument has high reliability.

Frequency measurement of channel 3 can reach up to 9GHz.

Can measure single time interval and single pulse width.

It has limit check function and mathematical operation function.

It has ruler, histogram and trend chart graphic display function.

It has multiple average, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation, Allan variance and 5 calibration function statistical operation functions.

The counting measurement has the function of counting in fixed gate and manual operation counting.

The counter can store 10 measurement states.

It is equipped with RS232 universal serial interface, USB DEVICE interface and LAN interface as standard.

It is equipped with USB Host interface as standard, and the measurement data can be written directly to the USB disk.

Optional Centronics standard printer interface.

Optional IEEE488 (GPIB) general program control interface.
