Dynamic Test Modes of SEL Programmable Electronic Load
Release time :2022.07.20 Reading quantity:583

The dynamic test operation of SEL series Programmable Electronic Load enables the load to repeatedly switch between two load currents or voltages. This function can be used to test the dynamic characteristics of the power supply.

The dynamic test operation can be enabled or disabled with the front panel (Shift+Tran) key. Before the dynamic test operation, the relevant parameters of the dynamic test operation should be set first (Shift+S-Tran). These parameters include A value, A pulse width time, A rising to B rising edge time, B value, B value pulse width time, B falling to A falling edge time, and dynamic test mode.

1. Continuous Operation Mode

In continuous mode, the load will periodically switch between value A and value B when the dynamic test operation is turned on.

2. Pulse Operation Mode

In pulse operation mode, when the dynamic test operation is turned ,the load will switch to value B as receiving one trigger signal, take the one pulse time (TWD)of value B, the load will return to value A.

3. Trigger Operation Mode

In trigger mode, when the dynamic test operation is turned on, the electronic load will switch the state between value A and value B once receiving a triggering signal.
