STB6684/STB6684A High Precision IR Tester is an intelligent measurement instrument that is used for rapid measurements on IR properties of electronic parts and components, dielectric materials, equipment, cablese. Large LCD and user-friendly menu provide you easier operation.

STB6684/STB6684A has a unique contact detection function. For capacitive material such as capacitors and cables, contact detection function can detect the contact of components under test. Moreover, this detection function will not increase any test time.

STB6684 equips with interfaces of RS232, USB DEVICE, SCANNING and Handler. Handler interfaces provide convenience for automatic test system; SCANNING interface is useful for mass measurement of components. User can use a scanner to speed measurement of components.

■ An intelligent measuring instrument designed for the rapid assessment of the insulation properties of electronic components, dielectric materials, equipment, wires, and cables. Featuring a large-format LCD screen and an intuitive menu layout, the device ensures ease of operation for the user.
■ It incorporates switchable input impedance technology and a built-in dual-voltage output system. With support for pre-charging and contact-check functions, the instrument enables rapid and efficient testing of the Insulation Resistance (IR) of capacitive components.
■ Users can program custom test sequences comprising up to 18 distinct steps. For instance, users can configure steps for charging, waiting, testing, and discharging, with each step capable of lasting up to 100 seconds.
■ Standard interfaces include RS232, USB DEVICE, and Handler ports. The Handler interface facilitates seamless integration into automated test systems, while the Scanner port streamlines the testing of large batches of components. Users may also connect an external scanner unit to further accelerate component testing throughput.
■ The device features a dual-voltage output capability, allowing for independent configuration of the pre-charge voltage and the test voltage. The pre-charge voltage can be configured to track the test voltage—with the option for fine-tuning relative to that value—or it can be set to operate in an independent voltage output mode.
