The Saluki SMT16 is Starmiao Technology’s latest generation of high-precision time-correlated single-photon counting systems. Integrating the latest time measurement chip technology, the SMT16 achieves time resolution down to 1ps, with dead time reduced to 2ns, and supports instantaneous saturation count rates up to 500 Mcps.

In addition to a standard USB 3.0 interface, the SMT16 offers a 10GbE optical port with a bandwidth of up to 10Gbit/s, enabling a maximum time event transmission rate of 280 Mcps.

The high precision and high bandwidth make the SMT16 an excellent choice for applications such as high-resolution quantum optics, fluorescence lifetime, and lidar imaging.
