The STA993X series is a 6 1/2 -bit low noise precision power supply that also has measurement capabilities, with a fixed measurement resolution of 4 1/2 bits. The instrument sets the output voltage/current or measures voltage/current/resistance through the touch screen, front panel keys and knob. Supports sweep output, pulse output, arbitrary waveform generation, trace buffer, math expressions, and graph drawing. The STA993X can be used as a DC (constant) voltage/current source, a swept voltage/current source, a pulse generator, an arbitrary waveform generator, and a multimeter.

Thanks to the adoption of a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and an underlying Linux operating system, users can not only intuitively view dual-channel settings and measurement parameters directly on the interface but also perform operations via direct touch input, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of both configuration and measurement tasks.

The TH193X series of low-noise precision power supplies supports arbitrary waveform output. The instrument features seven built-in waveform models—including sine, square, triangle, step, ramp, exponential, and user-defined waveforms—allowing users to directly recall, edit, and execute waveforms for output with speed and convenience.

In addition to its source output capabilities, the TH193X series low-noise power supplies feature integrated measurement functionality, enabling the measurement of various parameters with a resolution of 4½ digits.
F. Fast I-V Measurement
The Fast I-V function allows for the direct plotting of measurement results from either Channel 1 or Channel 2. It supports the measurement of four key parameters: Current (I), Voltage (V), Power (P), and Resistance (R). Waveform results can be saved in CSV format, while screenshots of the display can be saved as BMP image files. Measurement results can be displayed in two distinct modes: Graphical Mode and Scrolling Mode. -
